It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials secure and not share them with any third party. bdt 11 may request necessary documentation for identity verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited. Verification of the mobile number or email provided at registration is mandatory.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

Bdt 11 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to specified minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process and may be delayed if verification is not complete. If any suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, bdt 11 may temporarily suspend the relevant account until an investigation is concluded.
